The GSCP believes in conservation and education. Therefore, we provide an expert guide on every tour to highlight our animals and our conservation initiatives.
The address for the Park is 1761 Monticello Rd., Madison, GA 30650. The Park is six-tenths of a mile south of I-20 at exit 113.

The Park is open year–round, rain or shine, every day EXCEPT Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The Park may elect to close certain areas or attractions due to maintenance issues, animal health concerns, weather hazards or other safety conditions and will re-open as soon as is safely possible.
No. There are no age restrictions.
The Park has designated smoking areas for our lodging guests and is otherwise smoke-free property dedicated to the health and safety of the animals in our care, guests, and employees. This policy includes all use of smoking products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes as well as alternative smoking devices including e-cigarettes.

Yes; both our driving tour experiences and animal encounter experiences are wheelchair accessible.
The Park adheres to the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can fully partake in our lodging and touring offerings. Our public spaces and safari touring vehicles are designed to be wheelchair-friendly for guests with mobility challenges and lodging is equipped with ADA-compliant amenities to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay.
For the safety and the well-being of our guests, animals, and staff, no pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed on the Park property. While working service animals are permitted on property for handlers, they are not permitted to join handlers on the tour experience. Our staff may ask the handler about the dedicated task the service animal is trained to do and to provide proof of the animal’s designation as a working service animal.
Please note that the service animal must remain with the handler at all times and may not be left in any location unattended.
Guests are not permitted to leave their pets in their vehicles for any reason during their visit to the Park. For convenience, daycare and boarding options are available at the LODGE MADISON – an independent full service, boarding, grooming, training and day care facility located a few miles from the Park. Reservations for your pet at the LODGE MADISON may be made in advance of your visit by calling (706) 707-7829 or online at https://thelodge.pet/. Reservations at the Lodge are subject to availability and not guaranteed by the Park or by your reservation at the Park.
Georgia Safari Conservation Park is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests, including those with disabilities who rely on service animals. Although prohibited from all tours and all animal encounter activities, service animals are allowed in our lodging options. Service animals must wear official service animal harnessing or vests identifying them as a service animal and be properly leashed while on park grounds. Certified service animals may accompany owners in lodging accommodations provided they are well behaved and maintain their training. Service animals who exhibit excessive barking or aggression towards our animals, staff or other guests, will be asked to leave the Park along with their owners without refund. As a reminder for lodging guests, if you are bringing a service animal, please inform the reservation staff before your arrival.

We currently do not provide dining services at our park, but there are a number of restaurants available in beautiful Madison, GA within a 5-minute drive of the property. Additionally, the Outpost and the Lodge offer snacks and drinks for purchase.
Yes. There is a water bottle filling station at the front of the Park where the tours originate.
Yes. One of our restrooms is equipped with a baby changing station and is spacious enough for nursing.
Yes. Our Outpost located at the front of the park and the Lodge at the back of the property have clothing, snacks and other souvenirs for sale.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Park.
Yes. Enrichment is an important component of our animal care program and we always are looking for ways to enhance the lives of our animals. We welcome anyone who shares our vision and wishes to contribute to visit our Wish List.
No, we do not currently offer shuttle or similar transport services, but services like Uber and Lyft are permitted on property for pickup/drop-off.
Yes, we have group rates starting at 15 tickets or more, and we do support special events upon request.

The following are NOT PERMITTED at The Park and may result in removal from The Park without a refund:
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind. Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace). Including objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons.
- Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, smoke machines or fog machines. • Smoking, vaping, and products that produce vapor or smoke such as incense. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.
- Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products) or any illegal substance.
- While beverages in appropriate containers (Glass containers are prohibited) are acceptable, food is not permitted aboard safari touring vehicles or during animal encounters, programs and Activities.
- Pets; excluding assistance from certified service animals.
- Balloons or inflatables.
- Recreational devices such as remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, bicycles (these may remain on vehicle racks during Park stay) or other skating equipment.
- Large beach umbrellas
- Lounge or folding chairs
- Radios and amplified sound equipment (Park contracted Special Events excepted)
- Grills or open fires outside of designated fire pit areas operated by Park staff
- Clothing with offensive language, obscene gestures/graphics, or nudity. Clothing that does not sufficiently cover undergarments. Face coverings designed to conceal identity. (Medical masks are allowed if required by Guest.)
- Family-oriented themed outfits/attire are permitted. Costumes that conceal identity are prohibited. Specific Activities may also have additional restrictions on attire.
NOTE: Open- Air Safaris are held rain or shine; please dress appropriately.
- The launching and/or operation of an Unmanned Aircraft System (“UAS” or “Drone”) from or above The Park’s property is strictly prohibited.
- Laser Pointers, strobe and spotlights are prohibited on Park property unless used inside an event facility for meeting purposes.
- Unruly or disruptive behavior that interferes with guests’ enjoyment of The Park including running, the incitement of running, and blocking pathways and exits.
- Acts or behavior that Park management deems to be a safety concern or that interrupts Park operations or guests’ experience.
- Harassing/threatening behavior, sexual misconduct, or lewd behavior including inappropriate interaction with park guests or associates.
- Fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal assaults.
- Offensive language or gestures.
- Conduct deemed by The Park to be inappropriate for the peace and good order of the park, guests, or associates, and which may adversely affect the safety of others.
- Theft of any kind.
- Selling Park tickets, credentials, and other entitlements, or soliciting and distributing literature not sponsored by The Park except where otherwise approved.
- Refusing to follow verbal or printed instructions or cooperate with Park personnel or security.
- Venturing into Restricted Areas. Guests are not permitted in any restricted areas unless accompanied by Park staff including but not limited to, animal barns and housing, fenced off pastures and yards, offices, exhibits, maintenance and service buildings, service roads, perimeter fencing etc. Overnight guests may not explore Park grounds after Park closing and may not approach animals in exhibits, pastures or holding yards unless accompanied by Park staff. Please note that The Park utilizes security cameras to monitor the safety of our animals and guests.
- Attempting to enter animal enclosures, crossing established habitat barriers, and harassing animals are actions punishable in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal law and may result in misdemeanor and/or felony charges.
- Unsolicited photography or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with Park operations. You are welcome to take photos and/or video for personal use only; commercial photography requires written permission from The Park’s Community Relations department. When taking photos/videos, guests are not permitted to cross barriers or use devices, tripods or bright lighting, to do so.
Under this policy, all guests aged 18 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to or remain in The Park. The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than fifteen (15) guests ages 18 or younger per Park visit. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their time at The Park.
Guests 18 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into The Park. Guests aged 18 years old or younger who are found inside The Park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Ticket Holders.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS – TEENS/CHILDREN: Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of their minor children. Appropriate behavior and supervision are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and is always expected. The Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care.
You must be 21 years of age (valid state-issued driver’s license with photo or state-issued identification card with photo required by state law) to possess or consume alcoholic beverages at The Park. No outside alcohol may be brought into The Park except by Lodging guests and only in reasonable amounts for the number of guests in their Party. For Park activities and events where alcohol is served, no one is permitted to take alcoholic beverages outside Park grounds.
