Experience Planning

  • Please note that our experiences are optimally timed to meet the needs of guests, staff, and animals alike.
  • The times listed on all reservations are the start times for these experiences.
  • We very strongly recommend arriving early (30 minutes) to successfully complete:
    • Required check-in with our Guest Services team.
    • Any personal preparations you or your party require prior to the start time for your experience.
    • Arrival at the meeting point for your experience.
  • Any and all experiences we offer start at their respective times. Please ensure that you and your entire party have completed all necessary preparations prior to this time. Failure to do so will result in your party missing the experience.
  • Experiences begin promptly, and late arrivals are considered a no-show. If you have any questions about your scheduled experience, or believe you may not arrive on time, please contact us at 706-342-4296 as soon as possible so we can assist you.

What if I arrive late for a tour?

To provide every touring guest with the best possible experience, we do require that guests arrive in a timely fashion for their own experiences; tours must depart at their appointed times. To that end, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.

If you have pre-purchased your ticket and believe you may not be able to arrive on-time for your tour experience, we ask that you please call the reservations team at 706-752-5500 or email reservations@georgiasafari.com to discuss rescheduling.
