Parking
Parking: Parking is conveniently located in the Outpost lot. Guest may park in this parking lot and walk to the party pavilion.
Upon Arrival
Upon Arrival: You will arrive through our front gate and be directed to the Outpost parking lot. You will check in with your day-of coordinator.
When can I set up?
When can I set up? You are provided 30 min before and after your party time for set-up and break down.
Loading and Unloading
Loading and Unloading: The day of coordinator can assist with unloading. A wagon will be provided to assist.
Can I bring decorations to the party pavilion?
Can I bring decorations to the party pavilion? Yes, but please follow the list of items that are not allowed: No balloons, Styrofoam, confetti, piñatas, straws, birdseed. Decorations cannot be tacked, duct taped, glued, or affixed to the party pavilion in any way. Check Terms & Conditions for additional information.
Is there any AV hook up?
Is there any AV hook up? We have speakers that can be utilized for music, along with two TVs (video only).
