These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Better Together Bundle: Guided Safari Tour for 4 and the Better Together Bundle: Safari Encounter Tour for 4 (each a “Better Together Bundle”) offered by Georgia Safari Conservation Park (the “Park”). By purchasing a Better Together Bundle, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. What a Better Together Bundle Includes
Each Better Together Bundle admits four (4) guests to one (1) tour departure — a specific tour, visit date, and departure time — selected at the time of purchase.
The Better Together Bundle: Guided Safari Tour for 4 includes four tickets to a single Guided Safari Tour departure.
The Better Together Bundle: Safari Encounter Tour for 4 includes four tickets to a single Safari Encounter Tour departure.
A Better Together Bundle is sold as one unit of four tickets. Its tickets may not be split across different visit dates, departure times, or tours.
Every guest age 3 and older who takes the tour counts as one of the four guests, whether Child (ages 3–17) or Adult. Lap children (ages 2 and under) ride on an accompanying adult’s lap, are not charged, and do not count toward the four guests. The Better Together Bundle price is the same regardless of guest age.
Seats not used on the selected departure are forfeited; the remaining guests may still take the tour.
Additional guests beyond four may purchase regular tickets for the same departure at the regular price, subject to availability.
The Park’s tour eligibility requirements — including any age, height, health, safety, and conduct requirements — apply to every guest using a Better Together Bundle. They are set out in the Park’s general Terms & Conditions at georgiasafari.com/terms-conditions. Review them before you buy; a guest who does not meet them cannot take the tour and the seat is not refunded.
3. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars, per Better Together Bundle (four tickets). Prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax of 8% (4% State of Georgia + 4% Morgan County) is added at checkout — with tax, the $89.00 bundle totals $96.12, the $199.00 bundle totals $214.92, and the $249.00 bundle totals $268.92. No other mandatory fees or charges apply.
The price of a Better Together Bundle is determined by the visit date selected at purchase, not by the date of purchase. Holiday pricing applies to any Safari Encounter Tour Better Together Bundle with a visit date in the Holiday Period. All other eligible visit dates are sold at the Standard price.
The Better Together Bundle: Guided Safari Tour for 4 is $89.00 on every eligible visit date, including the Holiday Period.
4. Purchasing and Using a Better Together Bundle
Purchase window. Better Together Bundles must be purchased during the Promotional Sale Period (September 11, 2026, 12:00 a.m. through December 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time). Better Together Bundles are not available for purchase before or after these dates.
Visit date. A visit date and departure time within the Promotion Applicability Period (September 11, 2026 – January 31, 2027) must be selected at the time of purchase. Better Together Bundles cannot be used for visits after January 31, 2027. Any Better Together Bundle not used by that date expires and has no remaining value.
Visit date and time are fixed. A Better Together Bundle is valid only for the visit date and departure time selected at purchase. It cannot be moved to another date or time, before or after the visit date. Guests who do not arrive for their selected departure forfeit the Better Together Bundle.
Availability. Better Together Bundles and tour departures are subject to availability. The Park may limit the number of Better Together Bundles available on any date and may close a visit date to new Better Together Bundle bookings once capacity is reached. These limits apply only to new bookings; a Better Together Bundle already purchased for a visit date will be honored on that date.
Prior purchases. Better Together Bundles are a separate product. Tickets or reservations bought before the Promotional Sale Period cannot be exchanged for, converted to, or credited against a Better Together Bundle.
Where to buy. Better Together Bundles are sold online through the Park’s ticketing site, by phone through Reservations at (706) 342-4296, and in person at the Park’s front desk.
Limit. There is no limit on the number of Better Together Bundles one person may buy, subject to availability.
Check-in and late arrival. Present your booking confirmation (printed or on a phone) at check-in. Tours depart on time and cannot be held for late arrivals; the Park’s general Terms & Conditions (Late Arrival – Touring) apply.
5. Restrictions
Better Together Bundles cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, offer, group rate, or membership benefit.
Better Together Bundles are sold as stated. No additional discount is provided for purchasing more than one Better Together Bundle or more than the designated number of tickets. Better Together Bundles cannot be partially discounted, split, or combined with one another or with other tickets to obtain any further price reduction.
No cash value. No rain checks. Better Together Bundles cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be applied toward any other product, tour, or date. A Better Together Bundle that is not used on its selected departure will not be honored on another date, except where the Park cancels the departure (see Section 6).
Better Together Bundles are non-transferable and may not be resold or offered for sale by anyone other than the Park. The Park will cancel resold Better Together Bundles without refund.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Park Operations
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for reasons within the guest’s control, including a change of plans, late arrival, no-show, or a guest not meeting tour eligibility requirements.
If the Park cancels your departure for weather, animal welfare, safety, or operational reasons, the Park will rebook you at no charge onto another available departure of the same tour within the Promotion Applicability Period. If no suitable departure is available, or you cannot travel on the dates offered, the Park will refund the full amount paid, including tax, to the original payment method.
A departure that starts late or is shortened for weather, animal welfare, safety, or operational reasons but still operates is treated as delivered; no refund or credit is owed.
7. General Terms
Except where these Terms say otherwise, Georgia Safari Conservation Park’s general Terms & Conditions at georgiasafari.com/terms-conditions also apply to Better Together Bundles, including the ticket terms, code of conduct, and release of liability.
The Park may end or suspend the sale of Better Together Bundles at any time without notice. Better Together Bundles already purchased will be honored under the Terms in effect on the purchase date.
Better Together Bundles are void where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be brought in the state courts of Morgan County, Georgia, as provided in the Park’s general Terms & Conditions.
